Simon Is Ready To Run And Play All Day

The Humane Society's Pets Fur People has a real energetic dog with lots of personality waiting to be adopted by you and your family.

Simon is a German Shepherd/mix dog who loves to run and play. Simon is a little shy of two-and-a-half years old and weighs about fifty-five pounds. Pets Fur People's executive director Gayle Helms believes Simon would be best suited for an active family. He would enjoy going on daily jogs around the neighborhood as well as road trips to some campsites.

When it comes to other dogs, Simon enjoys their company. He loves the interaction and play that other dogs bring to the yard! Simon is youthful and full of energy and would need a good-sized backyard to run and play in.

Pets Fur People requires a completed adoption application before arranging a meet and greet. Check out the animals that are available for adoption. Adoption hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 am until 5 pm - closed for lunch 1-2 pm. The Humane Society’s Pets Fur People is the only brick-and-mortar no-kill shelter in East Texas.
