This week's Pet Of The Week is special in another way. Besides being 8 years old, Savannah has only three legs. She's earned the nickname 'Tripod' in the shelter. Despite having only three legs, that hasn't slowed her down one bit.

Savannah is a lover and plays well with everyone. She is a red-heeler mix who thrives on affection and attention.

Not much is known about why or how she lost her leg. All that Pets Fur People knows is that she is loyal and has a lot of strength and spirit.

Savannah is available for adoption at Pets Fur People in Tyler, fully vetted and ready for her own family. She will go home with a starter kit including food, a collar, and a leash.
