(Mix 93-1) Easter weekend is here! On Sunday morning, the Easter bunny will deliver thousands of Easter eggs and baskets to children throughout East Texas.

Families will be gathering for a long-overdue family meal and reunion. Either before or after the meal, or even before and after it, kids will be searching the yard for that golden egg for the big prize, along with all the other Easter eggs that have been hidden around the yard or house.

We should be prepared to dodge some rain and thunderstorms this weekend. The possibility is there for Saturday evening and throughout Easter Sunday.

Before the rain moves in, hopefully you and the family can get out there and enjoy all that the weekend has to offer.

Here's a look at what's happening this weekend in East Texas.
