Active COVID-19 Cases in East Texas
COVID-19 appears to be on the rise again across the country and the numbers in East Texas are rising too. Some blame in on the non-vaccinated, while others are saying it is both. According to reports, even if you are fully vaccinated you can still catch it. So long story short, no one is immune from this deadly virus that we are still learning about.
With the country being open again, more people have been exposed to the virus and some may have it and are just fighting it like a cold. Then there are the extreme cases where people are having to be hospitalized and unfortunately some are even dying.
Below are the numbers from the counties in East Texas as of July 26. With back to school right around the corner, I will continue to boost my and my daughters immune system because as you know all students have to be in the classroom at the start of the school year. With the numbers rising like they are, I personally think that we may experience another shut down. I just encourage you to be prepared either way.
