The ‘Wild Texas Film Tour’ Is Coming East Texas
There are so many things we love about living in Texas. We have some of the best food in the country, an independent spirit, and we really ARE friendlier--for the most part. As long as no one tries to quench that independent spirit, we'll get along just fine.
Another thing to treasure about our beloved Texas? There is still a "wildness" here. It's the sense that, if we desire, we can pull off the main roads and still get lost--but in a good way. From our East Texas piney woods to our hill country, plains, and prairies, they are all uniquely gorgeous and wildly--Texan.
The glory that is the natural beauty of the Lone Star State comes to the big screen during the 'Wild Texas Film Tour,' January 18 and 19 in Tyler and Nacogdoches, respectively. It is hosted by filmmaker and conservationist Ben Masters and brought to life with the help of Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation, Borderlands Research Institute, King Land & Water, and Explore Ranches.
Delve into the wildlife and the spirit that is Texas. Meet the people behind the camera and those partners who made it possible during the pre-show chat. Stay for the stories and speakers after the film. And of course, never forget: Stay wild, my Texas friends.
