Our friends at Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins is getting for a big week ahead with news of big changes for the HBCU and their spring commencement taking place this week.

Changing the names doesn't change the history. But--it sets a precedent for a more compassionate, empowering future for ALL of our kids.

The name dates to 1933 when the team was still based in Boston.
