Reckless Driving in Tyler, Texas Caught on Video

(KNUE-FM) People in East Texas and specifically Tyler, Texas need to realize that when you act foolish when you’re driving, there is a good chance you could end up on the internet. Just last week I wrote an article about a man who got into a road rage incident where he got out of his vehicle and started yelling at someone while waiting at a red light in Tyler at Troup Highway and Loop 323.

Recent Viral Driving Incidents in Tyler

When I woke up on Saturday morning, I grabbed a cup of coffee and opened social media to see what popped up. It didn’t take more than a minute or two to see another video of people behind the wheel here in Tyler not following the laws of the road.

Highway Patrol Responds to Reckless Drivers

The first video that popped up for me was a video of a truck pulling away from a gas station but obviously the driver did something to get the attention of a Texas Highway Patrol officer because his lights were activated not long after the truck tried to pull out of the gas pump area.

Dangerous Stunts at Tyler’s Busiest Intersection

Another Video of Reckless Driving in Tyler As you can tell some people in Tyler like to show off when they are behind the wheel and there was one truck driver who decided it would be a good idea to start creating smoke by burning his truck’s tires while waiting at a red light at Broadway and Loop 323 in Tyler.

It’s one of the busiest intersections in East Texas, not a very smart idea. If you get caught that is going to cost you a lot of money. Stop the foolish behavior before you go viral for the wrong reasons and end up with an expensive ticket.
