(Lindale, Texas) - For many of you reading this right now, coffee is a big deal for you. Some of you can't start your day without a cup or two of coffee. Some of you need a cup of joe all throughout the day.

You can get your coffee fix two ways, brew it at home or go to your favorite coffee shop. As we've seen over the last decade or so, there are a ton of options available to stop at on your way to work. Rumors are going around Lindale, Texas right now of a new coffee option coming next year.

New Coffee Shop Allegedly in the Works in Lindale

Just a little history about myself, I was born and raised in Lindale and graduated from Lindale High School in 1996. I lived in Tyler for about 20 years before moving back to Lindale a few years ago. I love my hometown and all the growth it's seen over the last two decades.

That growth includes coffee options. Starbucks has a store at I-20 and inside Brookshire's. Scooters has a nice location in downtown Lindale (my wife loves Scooters). The many restaurants and gas stations have some good coffee options, too. It seems that a new coffee option could be coming next year.

7 Brew Coffee Planning a Store in Lindale

An AI generated Facebook post made the rounds yesterday, but was corroborated by KLTV and CBS 19, that a new 7 Brew Coffee shop is coming to Lindale. The address is 3207 South Main Street which sits in front of Christus Trinity Clinic. This location has an existing building on it that's been home to a few good, but failed, restaurants.

Google Maps

I would assume the existing building will be torn down so 7 Brew Coffee can bring in its signature drive-thru. It's a good, and very busy, location. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I have enjoyed a couple of cups of 7 Brew Coffee and it's good. I think it's the sugar-free blond that I've gotten before.

7 Brew Coffee Opening Date

Construction is expected to begin March 1, 2027 with an estimated opening date of June 7, 2027. It should be exciting for coffee fans to have another option coming soon to Lindale.
