Texas Southern Rockers Uncle Lucius to Play CD Release Show in Tyler on Friday

If you are tired of the drive to Dallas for a good show. Don't. This Friday night there will be a great show right down the street. Austin's own Uncle Lucius is coming to Tyler.

Uncle Lucius will be bringing down the house, or theater in this case, at the Liberty Hall Theater on East Erwin Street in Downtown Tyler. Their big sound, bluesy lyrics, and rock and roll riffs will remind you of bands like the Black Keys. Uncle Lucius is not a cover band, though. They have a unique sound that should not be missed.

You may remember Uncle Lucius from the numerous shows they have played on the porch of Stanley's Famous Pit BBQ. In fact, they were originally scheduled to play at the BBQ joint for this CD release show, but because of high tickets sales, they were moved to a larger venue. Liberty Hall will be an amazing place to see this band because of its atmosphere and beautiful acoustics.

Do not try to find something else to do this Friday night. You will be unsuccessful to find a more entertaining activity, that you don't have to drive hours away to get, than this show.
