I can recall at least two occasions when I was invited to a Halloween party and was trying to find clothes in the back of my closet that were a dead ringer for a 1940's themed get together. Also, I have a friend who directs TV commercials that has been on the hunt for a few hard-to-find pieces to help them produce a realistic-looking set for their venture.

Whether you're hosting a costume party, making your own movie, or just want to find some unusual home decor, sometimes you just need to find the perfect "prop" to pull it off. FINDING those unique pieces that make it work can be difficult--or may mean you need to fork out a good bit of "mula" at a rental company. Thankfully, your problems may be solved.

The Tyler Civic Theatre has found that their closets and storage areas are overflowing with clothing and set pieces that must go. Thus, they've decided to have a "sidewalk sale" in order to make room for this year's show pieces.

They're hosting the Tyler Civic Theatre 'Sidewalk Sale' Friday, January 25 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday, January 26 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Costumes, set pieces, and props will all be on display for your perusal at a great rate.

Who knows what treasures you may find. Happy hunting. ;)
