Texas ranks 10th worst in the nation for hit-and-run accidents, with one in 12 being fatal.

Last week, we learned that authorities discovered who was driving the vehicle that hit Noah Mireles in Tyler that night.

A Tyler woman who is accused in a fatal hit-and-run allegedly told co-workers and customers about it.

Police are looking for a suspect who assaulted a store employee in Tyler on August 24.
