NO really, they're delicious. AND they are good for you. I mean, as a dessert. I'm not saying they should replace your green smoothie, but...you get me.
Even if you are a die-hard carnivore, you may like this product. Just don't compare it to the greasiest burger you can find, cuz this ain't apples and apples.
I've used this method many, many times in the past when preparing chicken breasts and it makes all the difference in the world, albeit on a much smaller scale.
