Without a doubt I've got a sweet tooth! If it's sweet, I'll usually eat it, especially if it's a sugar based candy like peppermints, taffy, butterscotch rounds, orange slices, Skittles, SweetTarts and the like. Now don't get me wrong, I won't turn down chocolate based candies, I'll eat them up with just as quick!

Parents, if you're looking for places to unload some Halloween excess and spare your family a few calories, there's a spot in Tyler that would love to take it off your hands and do something great with it.  One dentist is collecting candy now, and they'll box it up and send it to the troops, to brighten their day with a little taste of home.

Have you added up how much you spend on costumes and candy?  The National Retail Federation says those things plus the decorations and pumpkins to carve, add up to $77.52 per person.  That's plenty, but if you have kids doesn't that actually seem a little low?
