We shouldn't give up apologizing altogether, of course. However, it may give us a moment's pause before we apologize to make sure that one is truly warranted.

A Colorado woman noticed a note with some extra contents in it taped to her passenger mirror from the person who left a scratch on her car.

OMG!  This is the funniest/worst voice-mail ever left.  This guy left this incredibly funny yet totally WRONG on so many levels on a complete strangers v/m.  Really -- this is some crazy stuff -- does he honestly think this is an apology?
