NASA Wants Input on New Space Suits
NASA is letting us vote on new space suits!
It seems like the NASA engineers might know more than we would about what space suits would be best for the astronauts, but we can have input nonetheless.
Between now and April 15th, we can vote online on the new space suit designs.
The Z-1 space suit was voted one of Time Magazine's best inventions of 2012 for its flexible joints and radiation protection, and now the new generation Z-2 is approaching its final "flight capable" design, according to NASA's website.
All of the designs look like they're straight out of the movies, but they'll be used by real astronauts soon. We just have to help decide which one. Cool!
