Man Calls 911 Because He Wanted to Fight a Cop

We’ve all heard the wacky stories of folks calling 911 because they didn’t get enough cheese on their Subway sandwich, or because they were angry that a drug dealer/hooker/bookie ripped them off.

While those misguided souls never get the satisfaction they are looking for from emergency services, a fella named John R. Pacella of Willowbrook, Illinois got everything he bargained for when he called 911 at 4 a.m. and requested they produce a police officer for him to fight.

Suspecting there was something seriously amiss, the dispatcher did send a few officers to the 38-year-old’s home.

True to his word, Pacella began shoving the cops, who immediately arrested him on charges of aggravated battery, resisting a police officer, and battery with intent to provoke or insult.

As you can see from Pacella’s mugshot, he found this whole 911 experience very satisfying indeed.
