To offload the excess, the pair of grocery store giants are going to sell the stores to C&S Wholesale Grocers. You might recognize them better by one of their more popular store brands: Piggly Wiggly.
The big change in Texas will likely be in the number of Albertsons stores here. Texas is Albertson's second biggest market, boasting 44 locations.
