Social Media Hilariously Reacts To Louisiana Woman Showing How To Remove “Poop String” Before Eating Crawfish
When it comes to eating and peeling crawfish, Louisianans don't need much teaching. Most Louisiana natives learn at a very young age how to peel crawfish. I can remember as a child, my parents told me "If you want it, you can peel it." Needless to say, I learned how to peel crawfish rather quickly, and none of that included taking out the "poop" before I ate it. Well, a Louisiana girl made a video showing people how to remove the "poop string" before eating crawfish, and the comments are just as good as you would expect.
Meet Anna Ribbeck, she is a social media specialist at the LSU AgCenter. Anna was also featured on the popular show "Swamp People." Ribbeck is a Mandeville native who currently lives in Baton Rouge. Anna has also created a pretty big following through Instagram by documenting some of the things she does, and people just eat it up. She has over 45 thousand followers on Instagram.
Well, one of her most recent videos caught my eye a few days ago when I was scrolling through Facebook and the video popped up as a recommended video. It was Anna teaching crawfish eaters how to remove the "poop string" before eating their crawfish. The video itself was good, but the reactions to the video were just as good. Louisiana residents reacted as you would've thought they would have.
A few of the replies enjoyed the clever "de-pooping" method, but most of the replies reminded me of the viral "Ain't nobody got time for that" video.. The video is below, but first, let's check out some of the comments on the video!
Here are a few of my favorites, and as you can see, most of them are talking about the poop giving the crawfish "flavor." The bad part is we probably all know what they are talking about hahahaha!
Here's the video. Let us know what you think about her "de-pooping" method in the comments...
