So yesterday morning brought us a one minute "Special Look" at Avengers: Endgame coming to theaters April 26. What we didn't expect was basically all new footage of the movie and the ending, "Tickets On Sale Now".

Apparently, neither did Fandango or AMC Theaters. There was such a mad rush to get tickets that both sites crashed according to CNN. Even with the crash, Fandango says it set a first day pre-sell record for tickets according to deadline.com.

Some people even bought tickets and started putting them on eBay for anywhere from $100 to, yes, almost $10,000. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THESE. You will have plenty of opportunities to see it.

I live walking distance from AMC theater in Tyler so it's my usual choice for movie watching. I opened up their app several times yesterday morning and got error codes each time. I finally logged on about 8:30 last night and got my ticket. Half of the Thursday night, April 25, 6 p.m., IMAX showing was already sold out.

But, I'm in and I'll enjoy some Avengers goodness, and probably tears as some of our favorite heroes are rumored to either die or ride off into the sunset.

I will probably see it five or six more times after opening night because that's just my nerd level.
