Crazy British Man Leads Police on 15MPH Moped Chase
Funny video surfaced today from England where 22 year-old James Phillips led police in Bristol, England on a 'high speed' chase on his moped. At times Phillips topped speeds of 15mph!
Phillips led four police cars and a police helicopter on a chase through town after he panicked because he was uninsured. The best part of the video comes around the 1:47 mark where an unidentified pedestrian attempts to punch Phillips off his moped and barely misses.
