According to a post from the San Jacinto County Sheriff's Office, it has been confirmed that Francisco Oropeza has been captured and charged with Murder in the alleged shooting deaths of 5 people in Trails End in Cleveland, Texas.
Sheriff Gregg Capers went to the Montgomery County Jail and confirmed that the person in custody is Oropeza.
Oropeza was captured Tuesday evening in Cut n’ Shoot by Task Force agents after an extensive and exhaustive 4-day manhunt involving more than 250 law enforcement officers, multiple local, state, and federal agencies and numerous volunteers.
According to a report from KHOU, Oropeza was taken into custody without incident on Summer Hollow Drive just north of State Highway 105 in Cut and Shoot, Texas.

The KHOU report goes on to say that authorities found the fugitive at a location that had been previously searched. No information has been released as to whether anyone who aided Oropeza will face charges.

According to the SJCSO Facebook Post:

Oropeza was transported and booked into the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Oropeza will be magistrated, then brought back to the San Jacinto County Jail where he will be held on a five million dollar bond.
This brings to an end a massive manhunt that endured for over four days. A substantial reward of $80,000 was also being offered.
A press conference is being held at 9:00 pm by San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers and the FBI-Houston.
