Which is why I love that the Smith County Animal Control and Shelter is hosting a ‘Stuff the Stocking’ event. All you have to do is stop by the shelter which is located at 322 E. Ferguson in Tyler between 8:00am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday or on Saturday from 10:00am until 2:00pm with items for the dog's stockings.
What Items Would Be Good to Donate for the ‘Stuff the Stocking’ Event?
If you want to help out the best items to donate right now would be treats, toys, balls, and any other goodies you can find (no rawhide items can be accepted). And when the dog is adopted, the stocking goes home with them.
