Blue Bell Expands Cookie Dough Recall

Blue Bell is recalling all of it's products containing cookie dough supplied from Aspen Hills, Inc., due to potential listeria contamination.

This includes half gallons and pints of Blue Bell Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Blue Bell Cookie Two Step and three gallons of Blue Bell Blue Monster, Blue Bell Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Blue Bell Krazy Kookie Dough available at retailers.

No illnesses have been reported.

Listeria can cause potentially serious and possible fatal infections in children, the elderly or others with a weakened immune system. Listeria can also cause high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or can be as serious by as miscarriages and stillbirths.
