Black Keys Originally Had Different Ideas for ‘Lonely Boy’ Video [VIDEO]

In an interview with UK magazine Q, guitarist Dan Auerbach said that the video they released wasn’t their original idea for the song.

"That's a small part of a larger video that we shot. That guy was one of six extras," revealed Auerbach. "There was a storyline and [drummer] Pat [Carney] and I acted in it. But we hated the video. Then we were like, ‘Can you send us just that one guy dancing he was just great’. He's reviving a lot of dance moves."

The Keys are currently trekking across North America on their co-headlining tour with Arctic Monkeys.
