Arrests have been made in association with Monday night's brazen shooting that occurred in the parking lot of On The Border in Tyler.   

According to a report, 2 men and 1 woman were arrested after their vehicle was pulled over around 8 p.m. by a patrol officer in Kilgore.  Amanda Ball, 25 (shown above from a previous arrest), Kallin Wilson, 18, and Juan Delgado, 20, were taken to Gregg County Jail and will be extradited to Smith County Jail.

On Monday evening around 7, a man dining at On The Border heard his truck alarm going off.  When he approached his vehicle he saw three people breaking into his vehicle.  The suspects fled to their vehicle and sped away, firing off several shots in the process.  One of those bullets hit the victim, Roderick Russell,  in his arm.  His injury was not considered life-threatening.

Tyler Police have indicated that the investigation is ongoing and that they hope to link those arrested with other vehicle break-ins in the same area near Broadway Square Mall.
