The Revolver Golden God Awards have just announced a new batch of rockers to appear at the 2012 ceremony. Not only will Korn, Tenacious D, Dee Snider and Trivium present and perform in the show, but drummer Vinnie Paul will debut a never-before seen Pantera music video from the ‘Vulgar Display of Power’ recordings.

Korn just announced several Texas dates for its U.S. tour in support of their latest release, The Path of Totality. The third leg of the tour kicks off in Lubbock on April 20 and will make stops in Dallas, San Antonio and Jacksonville, among other cities.

Even though Korn is on the road right now in support of their new album, The Path to Totality, James "Munky" Shaffer said the band is already thinking about its next release. “With our next record, we're probably going to use all the elements that we've learned ,” Shaffer told SoundSpike.com.

Korn have never exactly been the kind of band that tries to please critics — or, for that matter, anyone else but themselves — so when their tenth studio album, ‘The Path of Totality,’ was greeted with wildly mixed reactions last December, it was pretty much par for the course, albeit with one crucial difference: the new record, which finds the band experimenting with dubstep and electronic textur
