Easter is coming up Sunday and kids all over East Texas will be out hunting Easter eggs! Kids will find everything from wrapped candy, some will have small trinkets in them, while others will be filled with coins and cash! (Those, by the way, are my favorite kind of eggs.)
Bass Pro Shops across Texas are planning Easter events for eight days straight leading up to the holiday on the 27th, which means the kids will stay busy while you browse through waders and tackle boxes in peace. Oh, and the whole family can get a picture taken with the Easter Bunny.

Tyler's annual Twilight Easter Egg Hunt is coming up tomorrow night (Thursday 28th) at Lindsay Park on Spur 344. The Easter bunny will be laying hundreds of eggs on the softball fields and little ones aged 3 to 10 will be able to hunt them when the twilight is just right!
