A home on Lake Palestine that was once worth $1 million is slowly turning into a pile of rubble.

The house in Eagle's Bluff started collapsing on itself more than a month ago, largely in part to the amount of rain we've had this year that started a landslide.

With the owners having moved out weeks ago and nothing else in the house, all it is now is a waiting game, according to CBS 19. There is still the possibility the home could collapse and crumble into the lake, but people remain hopeful that doesn't happen.

The house belongs to Timothy Pullen, who sued the developer, contractor and the company responsible for soil testing back in 2008. His attorney told WFAA he settled for an undisclosed amount.

Pullen moved out in early April.
