Guns N' Roses are scheduled to play this year's Rock in Rio festival in Brazil on October 2nd.  Most GN'R fans know that the band isn't usually on time, but the event organizers remember the 2001 festival where the band was nearly 2 hours late. When the producers of this year’s Rock in Rio festival booked the band, they made the group agree to pay a fine if the band shows up later than scheduled.  There is no word on what it will cost Axl Rose and company if they are late.

Axl’s friend, former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach, previously explained the rocker is late because it takes a long time for him to warm up his voice.  The organizers of the event explained that the reason they included the clause in the contract is because they were afraid of a riot if they band was late again this year.
