Court Rules Continental Airlines Not Liable in Sex Toy Controversy

A federal judge has said there will be no lawsuit against Continental Airlines for a sex toy stunt orchestrated by airlines employees on a connecting flight from Houston.Christopher Bridgeman and Marin Borger flew Continental Airlines to Costa Rica for a vacation. When they returned and went to pick up their bags at baggage claim, airline employees had taken a dildo from the luggage of these two guys and greased it up and taped it to the outside of the luggage.

The gay couple filed a lawsuit, but it was dismissed.

So, we come to the conclusion that whether you think it's funny or not, airline employees can go through people's luggage, embarrass them publicly and not suffer the consequences for it. First, they get to grope me every time I go to the airport, and now this. Wonderful!
