NFL Hall of Famer and Tylerite, Earl Campbell, is going to undergo nerve treatment this weekend after doctors ruled out concerns that he might have Lou Gehrig's disease.

The 57-year-old former Heisman Trophy winner said Tuesday (9/18) that he compares the effects of the nerve problem to a robot. When he tries to move his left leg, his right leg is actually the one that moves.

Earl's son Tyler, clarified his father's comments to reporters, and said his dad would be in and out of Austin medical facilities this weekend (9/22-9/23) for treatment and tests.

Campbell underwent knee replacement surgery last year and still requires a walker to move around.

Keep Earl in your thoughts this weekend. After all, he's a football legend from right here in T-town!
