(KNUE-FM) If you’re in Texas but plan on traveling anytime soon there are some new things you need to know about before you drive to the airport. While most of us normally have our routine down for traveling, there are a few new items that have been banned by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) you need to know about.

Most people know what to expect as you get in line for your TSA check prior to boarding a flight. You will be asked to remove any belt or jacket you’re wearing. You cannot travel with open water bottles or other liquid containers. But there was good news recently as we found out that we no longer have to remove our shoes when at a TSA precheck.
