(KNUE-FM) The older I get here in Texas the less I worry about things, especially things out of my control such as nuclear war. A big part of that is because I have no control over whether we go to war or not. While I don’t think we will be going to war anytime soon, if I have no control over the situation, it’s not something that I stress about.

But on the off chance there was a nuclear war to break out, where would be the worst places to be in Texas?

Fingers crossed we never have to deal with a serious event such as nuclear war but having not experienced anything like it before, I’m not sure where the worst areas would be, so I did ask Chat GPT to see what the AI program said about where the worst places to be in Texas would be during nuclear war.

And I will admit, the answers I got made sense to me.

What Makes an Area Dangerous in Nuclear War?

It would make sense that if war was going on you near anything flammable, as that could lead to an explosion or even death.

You also want to stay away from heavily populated areas because the bad guys would probably be targeting the most heavily populated areas when attempting to cause mass destruction or casualties.
