Texas A&M Offers Fully Cooked Brisket Delivered Right To Your Door
Football season is in full effect and you whether you are grilling in the backyard or tailgating with friends us Texans know one of the main things to have is a good brisket.
To properly cook a brisket is time-consuming (15 to 20 hours) and if you don’t have that much time on your hands Texas A&M University has a solution for you to make your next football event a success.
According to The Dallas Morning News, the campus is home of the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center and during the fall season going into the winter holiday you can order one of their slow-cooked briskets from their retail market.
Ray Riley who is the Rosenthal facility manager and Camp Brisket instructor says their briskets are hickory-smoked for 15-20 hours, low-and-slow, until they’re fully cooked. They are then cooled vacuum sealed and packed for overnight delivery.
Their briskets come in 2 flavors ‘Sweet Barbecue’ and ‘Salt and Pepper’ flavors.
