Time will tell whether Rage Against the Machine vocalist Zack de la Rocha’s involvement with the Occupy Movement will find its way into any of his future song lyrics. But for now, the rapper and rocker has written a poem for those who have been motivated into action by corporate greed and the division between those who have and those who have not.

Tom Morello has been speaking truth to power with his music since the earliest days of Rage Against the Machine, so it’s only natural that he’s using his songs to support one of the largest protest movements in recent memory. After performing for the Occupy Los Angeles protesters last weekend, Morello is crossing the country to do the same for the Occupy Wall Street crowd October 13.
