So, My Picks have Crashed and Burned. This Week, I'll Rebound

My picks for weeks 4 and 5 of the NFL season haven't panned out the way I had hoped. They have been good picks but this season has been unpredictable at best. My poor Cowboys, I'm cursed to be a fan but a fan none the less. They will beat the Jets Sunday, however. It'll be too close for comfort, I'm afraid, but they'll win nonetheless. Maybe, fingers crossed. But lets get into some real predictions, shall we:

The Kansas City Chiefs will host the Houston Texans Sunday at noon. Houston has been pretty good as of late. The Chiefs had a rough outing Sunday night against the Colts. Patrick Mahomes is banged up but is expected to play. I think this will be the best game of the weekend. Chiefs squeeze out a win 24-21.

The undefeated San Francisco 49's (that's really weird to say) travel to Los Angeles to take on their division rival Rams. This is an important game for both teams. If San Fran can beat the Rams, I think this is the start of saying they are a legit team. The Rams are coming off two straight losses. I see the Rams rebounding, though. The Niners will play them close. Rams 31, 49's 27.

The New Orleans Saints are once again one of the top teams in the league. You would have thought that when Drew Brees went down, they would stumble. Nope. Teddy Bridgewater has played great and New Orleans has a legit defense for the first time in a while. Oh yeah, they have the Jags Sunday, 35-17, Saints win.
