A Houston area high school student was arrested by police at school after in incident happened in his classroom. The student was apparently in violation of the school's policy of using a cell phone while in the classroom. The substitute teacher in charge of the class confiscated the students phone from him. The 16 year old 6 foot 3 325 pound student then stood up to the teacher and bumped into [pushed] the 66 year old substitute teacher three separate times and on the third time she fell to the ground.

The student then walked himself to the principal's office to turn himself in. When the police arrived, they charged the student with injury to the elderly because the substitute teacher was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
