Missing East Texas Baby Found Safe [UPDATED]

Authorities in Harrison County say the search for a 5-month-old baby missing since Thursday ended Friday morning with the recovery of the child found safely in an abandoned Truck in Marion County.

Ethan Ramsey went missing Thursday after the baby’s mother was found walking along Farm to Market Road 134 near Jefferson. Authorities say the mother; 25-year-old Rachel Potter, was partially-clothed and seemed confused. Potter told officers she could not remember where she left Ethan and he could be inside a truck.

The baby was checked out by EMTs and is in good condition , according to authorities.

Potter was arrested for public intoxication and is now charged with felony child endangerment.
