Say it ain't so.  It’s been rumored before and there isn’t any confirmation yet, but Ryan Seacrest and the hotness that is Julianne Hough may be engaged.  Why the rumors? Well, when Keith Urban talked with Ryan on the E! News GRAMMY carpet Sunday night, the country singer said “Congratulations” sort of out of nowhere to the host and didn’t say more.  Call us crazy, but Urban gave Ryan this look that made us think of wedding bells.
