On this day in 1982. Ozzy Osbourne, also known as The Prince of Darkness, bit the head off of an unconscious bat on stage.

Ozzy was thrown a bat from someone in the crowd, but he thought it was a rubber bat. Ozzy, without hesitation, bit the bats head right off! He was rushed to the hospital after the concert to get his rabies shots. Yuck.
