Man Arrested for Drunk Driving With Baby Boy in the Car

The dummies keep a rolling in with this story out of Florida. A man is in hot water after driving in the bike lane in Boynton Beach, Fla.

It turned out to be a pretty quick, four-step situation:

1. He first refused to take a sobriety test after a police officer saw him with an open container of beer in the center console.

2. Not to mention, his 1-year-old son was in the car with him.

3. When they took his alcohol blood level it was three times the limit.

4. Off to jail.
