(Dallas, Texas) Traveling is one of my favorite things in life, going to explore new places and see new things can be so much fun. And we are fortunate here in Texas with so many big airports making it simple to get to almost anywhere in the world.

But it’s fantastic to hear that one of the airports in the Metroplex will soon have a dual-branded restaurant in one location. According to Dallas Business Journal, there will be an Applebee’s-IHOP restaurant that will open for customers in the near future at Dallas Love Field.

What Makes This Dual Restaurant Unique?

Essentially it will be two restaurants in one location. Upon arrival guests will choose between the IHOP side or the Applebee’s side. The location will share a host stand, bathroom, and kitchen.

Can You Order Off Both Menus? This is the best part, yes, customers will be able to order from either menu and can even mix-and-match items from both if that is what they want to do. All food and beverage items will be available all day.

When Is the Opening Date?

The restaurant will be 1,993 square feet and construction is set to begin in August. The new dual restaurant is expected to be completed by the end of December.

Both DFW and Love Field are great airports, but Love Field is always less crowded, and they have some fantastic dining options. This is just another perk of living and traveling in the Lone Star State.
