Have a Frightening Feast at these Haunted Texas Restaurants

There's a lot of historic restaurants in Texas; some have been around for centuries while others quickly become favorites in just a couple of years. So it's definitely not surprising that some of these places to eat might have special guests that like to stop by for a meal to "die" for. There is one more haunted restaurant that you HAVE to mention while talking about Texas & that's Ambrosia in Houston; a restaurant that served unique Asian dishes. For years it was considered to be THE most haunted restaurant in the state but sadly, at least according to Google, the place is permanently closed and according to their Instagram page, the last post was made over a year ago in August 2023. However in September of 2023, it was confirmed that yes...Ambrosia has officially closed down.

Another former famous haunted eatery in Texas was the Catfish Plantation in  Waxahachie. It went up for sale in 2022 but there are still videos that show just how haunted this place used to be on YouTube.

There's also THIS infamous restaurant in Lubbock that has quite the grisly past to its name...

Whether you believe these places ARE haunted or not, well that's completely up to you. Who knows...there might be WAY more favorite food spots that have a ghost story to tell; like this donut shop in El Paso.
