The biggest event, arguably, in the state is set to begin once again this year. Many Texans are of course very excited to take a trip to the fair to see their old friend Big Tex, as well as partake in everything the event offers. Since its humble beginnings, the fair has changed year after year.

The food is different, the amount of people that attend is different, sometimes Big Tex's clothes could change, the list is simply endless. Some may even wish for the return of certain things. But today, we'll look back at the the State Fair in 90s.

So in total at the beginning, the reporter paid a small fee of three dollars to park, seven dollars for an adult ticket, and just for fun, we'll say she paid four dollars for the child's ticket. In the 90s, looks like 14 dollars is all she needed. Well, that has certainly changed.

According to the official website of the event, parking is now 30 dollars! Tickets for adults are 15 dollars, while children's tickets can cost you 10 dollars, but the prices can change by the day per the website. The video also follows the reporter around, as she partakes in rides and the famous food of the State Fair.

One woman is quoted as saying it took 100 dollars to enjoy their time at the State Fair Of Texas. Well, looking at prices now? Some may wish it would cost that much to do so today!
