Austin Police Officer Breaks Into Ex’s Apartment After She Blocked Him

Have you ever had a crazy Ex? This falls under that category! An Austin Police Officer has been arrested for breaking into Ex's house, according to an affidavit obtained by fox7austin. Officer Juan Asencio had been trying to reach out to his ex-girlfriend, but apparently, he had been blocked!

According to the article, the victim told detectives, two months prior, she found an Apple Air Tag under the carpet of her car that belonged to Asencio. Neighbors had recently seen Asencio in the window of his ex's apartment while she was gone. Security video placed Asencio, and his unmarked police vehicle, at her apartment complex.

Police data also confirms the vehicle from that date. He is charges with with criminal trespass habitation, a Class A misdemeanor. Have you ever had a crazy Ex?
