Disgusting! See Rats Feasting At Panda Express After Closing Time
This Houston, Texas fast food joint inside Bush Intercontinental Airport has a problem. After watching this video you'll be thinking twice about where you go for lunch or dinner this weekend or especially while traveling this summer!
I've never worked in food service, but I have watched plenty of 'Restaurant Impossible' with Robert Irvine and know quite a few people who have worked in a restaurant who say that you must have a clean restaurant, both in the front of the house and in the kitchen, or you'll get run over by roaches, mice and other critters.
While traveling through Bush Intercontinental Airport, a passenger who had an early flight was walking by a Panda Express on the concourse and happened to catch the video of several rats running on the top of covered food that was left out on the counter in pans. However, that's not the worse part of it. These rats have busted through the vinyl film covering the food and opened up their own buffet!
The three rats didn't seem to be scared or phased by the person filming them at all. They felt safe in what they were doing and got as much as they could before workers arrived to open for the day!
See the rats feast on their buffet.
After reading through some of the comments, I discovered one from someone that was eating food from that specific restaurant when they were on social media and the video popped up in their feed. I would have thrown up right then and there! Check out some of the other comments that were left.
After reading many other comments on this post, it seems as if there is a rat infestation at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. Let's hope Panda Express and the other restaurants along the concourse and the airport itself have taken steps to address and eradicate this problem.
