NFL Conspiracy Theorists Believe the Dallas Cowboys are Super Bowl LX Bound
(Arlington, Texas) - National Football League (NFL) fans and teams preparing for the upcoming season. OTAs (Organized Team Activities) are underway to help the rookies acclimate and for new players to get to know their new teammates. For the Dallas Cowboys, they're looking at reversing almost 30 years of missing a championship.
There is some optimism with new head coach Brian Schottenheimer and with the acquisition of new receiver George Pickens to team up with CeeDee Lamb. It is certainly going to be an interesting year for the Cowboys. Thanks to a long running conspiracy theory, some believe this could finally be year the Cowboys make it back to a Super Bowl.
The NFL Conspiracy Theory That Puts the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowl LX
If you look at the logo for Super Bowl LIX, the color scheme appears to favor the Kansas City Chiefs red and Philadelphia Eagles green. I don't see it but maybe you do. It is believed there has been a similar pattern over the last few seasons.
A leaked image of the Super Bowl LX logo is where conspiracy theorists have been going wild. The logo is predominantly silver with a touch of blue which is very close to the Dallas Cowboys colors.
What Other NFL Teams Could This be Representing?
Another theory is that this is setting up a Buffalo Bills versus Detroit Lions Super Bowl matchup. Others have taken the Dallas Cowboys going against the Tennessee Titans based off of this logo.
It's tough to say if there is any truth to this whatsoever. I can see the resemblance in the logo colors for the last few years but the Kansas City Chiefs versus San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl bucks the theory.
Dallas Cowboys Going Into This Season
I was just as shocked about the hiring of Brian Schottenheimer as head coach as any Dallas Cowboys fan was. I like his enthusiasm and I like the culture that he's building amongst the players. This upcoming season is either going to be a complete disaster or the Dallas Cowboys will shock everyone and be the breakout team of the year.
We'll just have to wait and see when the season kicks off September 4. Until then, this Dallas Cowboys fan will keep expectations in check.
