Could Parking Get Any Worse? [VIDEO]

It seems as if bad parking has become an epidemic. Here in East Texas, we see a litter of bad parking jobs. But, we are not the only ones going through this line rebellion. Other lots around the world are suffering as well from the ego driven and negligent parker. You won't believe how bad it really can get. Around our universities, anywhere near the mall, Walmarts, and almost every other parking lot in East Texas holds a mass of its own parking problems. It seems like it can't get any worse than it is.

But, it can. Here is the proof from a parking lot in Russia.
