Police busted the car wash after finding out it was associated with a local massage parlor, and found the name of the car wash on cards in the massage parlor.

The car washes would cost around $40-56 (American) and then you are entitled free sex! Nine Vietnamese women, aged 18 to 28, were arrested on suspicion of prostitution. Four men suspected of running the scheme were also taken in custody.
