Let’s be honest when you think about some of the best meals in Texas you’re probably thinking about a big ol’ steak or maybe a chicken fried steak covered in gravy. And while everyone loves a good artery clogging meal it’s always good to eat a salad every now and then too. I’m not sure most people realize how different Caesar salads can be made, and it might be something you don’t want to know. The reason I bring this up is because I went to a restaurant and they asked if I wanted anchovies in my Caesar salad and I said no thank you, but that drastically changed the salad dressing and from now on I will go with the more traditional Caesar salad that comes with anchovies.
